St Paulo are an indie/rock band which consists of James, Ben, Eloise and Joe. They are a young band (16-17 years olds) that formed 5 years ago, James on drums, Ben on keyboard, Eloise playing guitar and vocals, and Joe on bass and vocals. They recently opened Haslemere Fringe Festival main stage as well as playing several other festivals and gigs. Currently writing and recording their EP, they play a set of mainly originals as well as a few covers altered to suit their style.
The Tropics are a young 6 piece band hailing from Surrey. What they lack in years is made up for by their eclectic mix of music that fuses indie rock, funk and infectious pop melodies. They perform original compositions and selected covers to give a truly memorable experience that shines a light on the wealth of musical talent coming through the local live circuit. They will be performing locally at open mic sessions and music festivals throughout the rest of this year. They are definitely one to watch!
Cause For Concern
Formed in 2017, we are an alternative rock band, providing our audience with a diverse, raw and intriguing sound. Fronted by singer Emmi Anderson alongside lead and rhythm guitarist Ben Duchesne, with Barney Woods and Matt Elliott holding down rhythm on Bass and Drums. We take our inspiration from many genres, specifically new wave punk, and the modern alternative rock scene sided with some blues; taking inspiration from bands like Blondie, Wolf Alice, Garbage and The Strypes. We are based in Guildford, Surrey where we have a growing fanbase. We also release our debut EP ‘Just Behind the Water Tower’ on the 30th April!
